technically, yes.

The law allows you use EAD to work in any field and any level, part or full time.
If you are spouse of primary applicant, no concern.
If you are the primary applicant of EB1/2/3, you probably want to keep a full-time job in the special field that you claimed in 140, and work part time somewhere freely.
