Where should I file my EAD renew application?

Hello, my PP 140/485/1st EAD were processed in TSC center. I am in MI. Where should I submit my EAD renew application? From the instruction, since I am in MI I should submit my renew application to NSC. But some one told me since my 485 was sent to TSC, I need stick with TSC. Any one can confirm with me?
