Thanks for the reply. On the letter I received, it does show my EAD receipt number, not my 485 receipt number. Everytime I call them, I always give them my EAD receipt number, never give them my 485 receipt number. of couse,my EAD is based on my pending 485. Do I need to hire an attorney? I can't imagine I have to wait another 6 months. I had a infopass apointment today, it seems didn't help. I don't know what to do now.
