Thank you for reviewing my question.

I am on H-4 visa and want to start to use EAD for a full time job that requires at least two years commitment in another state but my current EAD will expire next Fall. (currently I-140 and 485 pending)

How do you work with EAD continuously till you get green card?
--three months before it is expired, file one page of application to do renew,
you can do this many time up to get GC

My understanding is you can renew EAD under I-140 and I-485 pending. But if you work with EAD, you give up H-4 status, will IRS let you renew EAD and keep working full time till your I-485 approves?
--you can stop work without renew EAD, you are still keep AOS, up to get GC

Or do you have to apply for H-1 to continue work legally after your first EAD expires?
--AOS is legally status, you also can apply H1/H4 enter H status
