All, Urgent, please help. use EAD to renew Driver License?

XBT, PJ, Radiology, etc.

My Driver license is going to expire very soon and I am still waiting for approval of my H1B extension. I have EAD with a pending 485. My question is

If I use EAD to renew the driver license, does this function same as I use it for employment? Will USCIS notice that I active the EAD?

Does this mean I will be AOS rather than H1B?

If in the future I change employer with H1B transfer, can I still do that?
