我持J1，LP持J2，一直用工卡工作。J1递交485后，申请工卡获批。这意味着J1立刻invalid，当然J2也是同样情况。

Applying and holding a EAD card does not make your current J1 invalid, so your J1 is still valid until it expires, and J2 follows J1's status.

所以虽然我们的J还没到期，但现在都是AOS(right?)，用工卡工作。

You are not AOS-Unless you start to use EAD/AP you are still J1.

那么如果LP想申请H1，是不是也要出境再入境才可以？

No.

她还可以持J2类别的工卡继续工作吗？

Yes.
