Before mid-January

By law, USCIS must adjudicate the EAD application within 90 days of receipt. On top of my mind, I can't remember whether the issuance of RFE tolls the time or restart the 90-day period over again. However, you may get your EAD by mid-January no matter which calculation method USCIS adopts.
