Pjiang: please read my question.

Dear Pjiang and other guru:

Currently, my I-140 and I-485 are pending at TSC and I am working at Florida. However, when I sent the EAD and AP application to TSC for my kids in August,they were transferred from TSC to NSC. The receipt number I got is starting at LIN. Do you know why?
