CAIPS note reading

I just got my CAIPS notes. Please help with the following reading:
STATUS SEC 3 (my wife is 1)
PAPER FILE SENT TO: PA BF FILE TO: PFW on 13-06-2004.

Is SEC 3 not good? What is PFW meaning?
