When you have used EAD for 2nd job, you're supposed to use EAD, instead of H-1, for your current employer, so they could update your I-9 Form accordingly.

It's a different story whether people in your situation will do or their employers will update I-9s.

Afterwards, say you get a 3rd job by EAD, you don't need to notify your 2nd employer.

Your situation is different from the one who uses OPT/EAD for 3 jobs, in the previous post.
