EAD and AC-21

My case is EB-2 perm, and PD is 10/2005. I-140 was approved last year. I submitted my I-485 in June and RD is 19/06/2007, I will get my EAD next month. Unfortunately, my company seems to be shutdown soon, my question is "According to AC-21, can I use EAD to find new job WITHIN 180 days of the I-485 submission, if my company can survive until the end of this year (more than 180 days since my I-485 submission) and won't revoke my I-140?" Thanks.
