Thanks pjiang, not sure I follow the answer correctly. How will the PD affect my filing 485/EAD/AP for my wife if I get married.
- She takes your PD as hers, when you are getting married.

For example, suppose I get married 6 months later, but my 485 won't be approved for 3 years. Can I file 485/ead/ap 6 months later as soon as I get married?
- Yes if your PD is current at that time, or any time your PD is current after your marriage.
