(1)申请EAD是不是也先收到Receipt Notice,再收到approval notice?还是直接收到卡，如果批准的话？
- You will receive "Receipt Notice", as well as "Approval Notice" with EAD card enclosed, separately;

(2)I-１４０pending, EAD会批吗？
- I-140 is irrelevant
