F1 --> H4 --> use EAD --> 485 rejection --> H4 --> H1

I see. As a 485 dependant in F1 status, she needs to change her status from nonimmigrant F1 to immigrant e.g. H4 before using her EAD. How about the following sequence?

1. F1 --> apply and approve H4 --> use EAD --> 485 rejection --> still is H4 --> apply H1
