有绿卡后用EAD工作有问题吗

我申请了EAD延期后绿卡就批了，EAD前天也批了，看来USCIS并没有把两个案子联在一起。 因为工作的原因，我不想告诉老板我的绿卡批了，想仍然用EAD来工作，不知这样也没有什么问题？是不是绿卡批准后EAD就失效了呢。
