EAD and H4

Has just applied to transfer from H1 to H4, and still pending. Also have EAD based on pending 485. If find a job and use EAD before the transfer to H4 is approved, do I need to cancel the transfer application or just let it go? Will the transfer result, either approve or reject, impact the 485? Thank you.
