- Based on your 485, most likely your petition for OPT/EAD will be denied, but H-1 is fine with no impact of your 485.

If you don't file I-485, the answer will be changed to:
- you will get OPT/EAD as well as H-1

The point is that when you filed I-140 or I-485, it makes you to be "移民倾向", so your OPT/EAD will receive denial - like what happened years ago when you applied F visa.

For H, it does not care whether or not you have "移民倾向".
