我现在是F-1 学生,将于今年底或明年5月毕业,如果我现在申请EAD但不急于使用,我是否还可以在今年底或明年5月毕业时再申请OPT EAD和H1B, 谢谢!
- Based on your NIW 140/485, most likely your petition for OPT/EAD will be denied, but H-1 is fine with no impact of your NIW.
