Question about J1 and 485 EAD

Sorry I can't input Chinese now.
My dilema is as following:

I applied for J1 in May (starting date October) and I have got receipt, though it hasn't been approved yet. Now I want to file 140 and 485.

I heard that I can't file EAD if my J1 is pending. Is that true?

So do I have to withdraw my J1 application now to apply for EAD?

I can get temperoray EAD from local office after 90 days, right?

Will my 140 deny J1 application?
