E-filing EAD Renewal and AP, help please

Any body have experience of e-filing EAD renewal and AP same time? Is there any difference between using a seperate I131 form and using a I131 form under I765? If I have to use seperate I131 forms for my wife and kids, will my family's cases get approved at the same time?
