EAD for EB3 and EB2

I am in H1B and I filed NIW-EB2 (140 and 485) on 07/02/07 but no EAD. May I still have a chance to file EAD with my NIW? I am going to file EB3 (140 and 485) (LC approval and PD 03/2005) soon. Which category will have EAD earlier? Should I include EAD application to my EB3? Will EAD-EB3 be the same as EAD-NIW legally when I use them? Thank you very much for your kind help.
