Nowadys EAD takes 70-85 days at NSC (TSC might be just a little sooner). And I think the date counted from the Notice Date not Receive Date. There is no way you can expediate it if you are first time applicant. I also got an offer and waiting for EAD. Usually your employer can wait if you explain to them. But I guess you will get your EAD some time in September if everything goes smoothly.
