Not true -- 1. Proposed bill does NOT necessarily do

any good for country quota issue -- read immigrationvoice.com analysis posted earlier in this forum; 2. Individual proposals targeting H1 visa/per country quota issues now may float separately as the comprehensive bill seems (and hopefully WILL be) dead.
