请问小白兔等大侠，EAD填表的疑问

我485 pending. 去年申请过EAD,到这个月底就过期了.我并没有用它工作.现在我想申请一张新的,.
那么在填表的时候.第一个问题:
I am applying for:
1) permission to accetp emplyment
2)replacement ( of lost employment authourization document)
3)Renewal of my permission to accept employment (attach previous employment authorization document)

我是应该选1 还是 3 ?
