HELP!- supporting documents for stand-alone I-765 EAD applicatio

Hieveryone,
Our I-485s are pending. Now we are considering filing I-765.
I know we need receipts for I-485s. Beside this, what else is needed? Do I need to repeat everything that we included in the I-485 application?
Those of you who have had similar experience, please help.
