According to my lawyer, there are huge backlog between Oct and Jan 2002. I checked the case numbers, between Only in Dec 2nd 2002, there are more than 150 cases sumbitted. Mine is late Dec 2002. We have to wait...but I heard they are going to speed their process, hopefully true!
