You need a job at the coming interview to avoid 'public charge' based denial. Of course, if you are lucky that no interview is needed you probably will get your GC even without a job, but later on if you apply for citizenship or sponsor someone else CIS may catch the gap and bring you trouble. So try to get a new job asap.
