能给确认一下这个说法吗？--PD 未到，可以交I-485办EAD

现在打算PP I-140，（EB2)，等approved后交I-485。因为听说PD未到交I-485后，移民局不处理I-485，但会处理一起交上去的EAD案的AP。这个说法对吗？请大侠们给确认一下好吗？万分感谢！
