To xiaobaitu or other experts, EAD expires soon, need emergent h

I don't know CIS changed the EAD renew method (I usually could renew it in the local office without delay). But now it need 3 months, can I apply an interim employment document in the local office? If not, what I can do? I cannot afford to lose the job.
My 485 is pending for 4 years due to name check (family based)
