Any suggestion? I-140 Premium headache

Regular EB2 I-140 premium case was received by TSC on 4/11. Still pending after 15 calender days. Today I called the hotline (866-3155718) and input the receipt number, the system didn't recognize the case number. Who said the $1000 would buy you the peace of mind? Besides waiting, is there anything I can do?
