Gap between OPT EAD and 485 EAD?

My OPT EAD will expire tomorrow. I applied EAD based on pending 485 to TSC in early March. But it hasn't been approved yet. Can I still work on my current job? Or I have to quit and resume until I got EAD approved? Thanks for your suggestions.
