WOM needs at least a few months ,so you should file

a new EAD application to NSC first,& will get it within 3 months,since your case was transferred to NSC,CSC won't issue EAD to you.
If AUSA doesn't like to settle,you need to wait a judgement from court,it may be taken one year or longer.
