Where should I file?
Based on the instruction, since my eligibility category is (c)(9), I should file the application at the local USCIS office or Service center where I ted my I-485 application. Last year, I filed my application in USCIS, P.O. Box 805887,Chicago, IL 60680-4120. It is not a local office or service center. But I know that my case is in the local office now, since My hu*****and and I already had an interview with the local office in the state I currently live. So should I send to the local office, or should I file I-765 to P.O. Box 805887,Chicago, IL 60680-4120.
