Where should I renew EAD?

I got the EAD and had it renewed last year from CSC. Now, my I485 has been transferred to NSC. Anybody know where I should the EAD renewal application? CSC or NSC?

Another question is: When should I the renewal applicaiton? 3 months in advance, or 4 months?
