Where should I my renewal of EAD?

I am in California and my I-485 ted to CSC in Sept, 2005. I also ted I-765 last June and got an EAD card in last August. My case has been trasffered to NSC last month. Should I my I-765 to renew my EAD in NSC? Is the following address correct:

Lincoln, NE
