H4身份，NIW I-140 和I-485同时被拒11天，想暂时保住EDA的有效性，在30天内appeal or MTR 两者是否都可采用？
Yes.
如果appeal or MTR 最后还是被拒， 则 NIW I-140 和I-485被拒30天以后的打工是否illegal?
No. It will based on the denied notice. Because it is still considered as pending days.
