EAD Pending More than 9 Months - Please Help Xiaobaitu

Dear Xiaobaitu,

I ted my EAD renewal (485 employment based/VSC) on April 2006. Got Interim EAD on July 2006 at local INS office (Boston). Still Pending. Contact VSC (800 number) and visit Boston office several times. Still no avail. What can I do? Contact Mayor/Senator? Can/Should I sue? What is your suggestion to get EAD renewal done as soon as possible? The Interim EAD will expire very soon!!!
