Thanks a lot Xiaobaitu. It is indeed based on I-485 Employment, but the fingerprint has long expired (it was taken more than 2 year ago). In that case, is fingerprint a must for the EAD renewal? I filed the case in paper (not on line) and did not see the fingerprint thing on the form.
