I have a question to need your help. I currently use my H1-B extended visa to work ( after 6 years). Now I have a new job offer that requires me to start early as possible. So I plan to apply EAD for saving time. My question is :
Whether can I start to work when I receive the receipt # of my ? because I had a EAD three years ago, and never use it(expired). If I have to wait the new EAD approved, do I have other method to start job early?
