今天第三遍问请勿删，EAD 如果申请了，没有用算不算 out of status

我太太 02 年 f1, 申请 ead （基于 OPT ) , 经济很差,没找到工作.
快过期的时候转成 h4.

现在办绿卡, USCIS 说她这段时间快一年 out of status 要据.

已经收到 indent to deny 的信，无限焦急中。
