EAD快过期了,已申请了延期, 但是新的EAD卡还没收到,请问在旧EAD过期后而新EAD批准前这段时间持RECEIPT能不能合法工作??? 这段时间申请EAD大概多长时间能批?
You can't work legally without new EAD, even you have receipt. This is why renew an EAD need 3 months
