Xiaobaitu,知名度比较高..... please help with EAD application

I am applying for EAD renew based on my I-485 pending(dependent). After having finger print taken, I was asked to birth certificate.

1. does anything wrong there? since it never happened before when I applied for it as a J2 or last time when I switched from H1 to EAD.
2. what kind birth certificate will work-passport, driver licence or certificate document from China?
