请问小白兔和其他高手: I140/485 pending, Can I use EAD card now?

请问小白兔和其他高手:

My hu*****and ted I140/485 on last Sept. to VSC, then transfered to NSC on this May.
My hu*****and's 140 (NIW), his 485 and my 485 are all pending. our EAD/AP based on 485 have been approved.

Now, I have a job offer from a profit company, and my current F1-OPT EAD card can only allow me to work till Dec. 2006. Can I use my 485 EAD card to work after Dec. 2006, while 140/485 is till pending?

Also, if our 140/485 gets denied after I use 485 EAD, can I change my status to H4? (my hu*****and has H1 visa)

小白兔和其他高手, Please help me. I really want this job, and what is the best solution to this?
