renew EAD I765 filing question, please help!Thanks

去年，我申请绿卡（EB2）时，LG是h4! 全家现在都是485 pending. LG去年还同时申请得到了EAD.　EAD已使用过。现在LG需要renew EAD. 填765时有一项15.Current Immigration Status (Visitor, student, etc)? 应该填啥？h4? or AOS, or 其他信息? 而item 16 添C(9),对吧？ 谢谢大家帮助！
