Hi, Xiaobaitu,

I am not the primary applicant. My EAD is based on my huzband's NIW-based I-485. Do you think the gap between old EAD and new EAD will cause the troubles for our I485 application? I always think that employment verification is issued to primary I485 applicant, not derivative applicant. Am I right? If so, can I just use the EAD renewal receipt to work if there is no employment RFE issued to me?
