I prepared I765, I485, check, picture, what else?

how long it takes?
It depends. Mine only took 4 days and my hubby's took 5 days. Someone else said that it took about 1 months. According to the official website, it might take 2-3 months.

do I need fingerprint?
If you apply via mail, you don't need to do that. But if you do that online, you might have to. I would apply via mail if I were you since you have to mail out supporting materials anyway.
