Thank you guys for your response. One of my friend went to Fresno local office in California to get interim EAD, but he was told they are no longer issuing interim EAD, the other offices will gradually do the same.
I think CSC does not have more 485 related cases for processing, that might be the reason of delaying of EAD. Any other cases of EAD delay in CSC? How many months in advance do I need to my EAD application?
