Yes, CIS is very slow on processing EAD. I ted my EAD during April, but I still did not get it. It's wrong, you can get the interim EAD after 90 days of your EAD application. There are several locall office to provide that kind of service, and you can get their address from the UCSIS website. One of them is 444 Washington st, San Francisco, CA.
