请教xiaobaitu: EAD renew question

本人NIW 140 已批， 485 pending 在VSC,现在准备renew 我的EAD 卡去找工作
今天下午给律师打电话，他很肯定的告诉我的EAD renew应该寄到CHICAGO而不是寄到我的485 pending的地方VSC。我查了一下你以前的帖子，好像应该是寄到VSC的啊？我彻底糊涂了。我case的category应该是C09。
