最近同485一起file的EAD批了，老公想用EAD取代H1工作，因为想省下H1的时间(老公现在
在H1第5年)，请问要withdraw H1吗？如果要的话，该怎么做呢？大概多长时间会批呢? when will the H1 clock stop? since the withdrwal is filed or when it's approved? thanks.
